P&G's flagship cosmetic brand, SK-II, urgently needed to refresh their content for it's rabid Douyin audience (China's TikTok) as it's existing content was losing out in the apps algorithms.  We were selected to produce 20 videos of the three core products and deliver as soon as possible.
Our Singapore team conducted an extensive casting campaign in order to find the perfect "glass skin" models who would be required to perform with a fresh face without any make up. 
The team them executed a three-day production with two crew teams filming simultaneously in order to optimize time and resources, eventually delivering 24 videos on a rolling delivery schedule, plus other assets contributing to a new in-house video library for future productions.
